Since trends change ever so rapidly, I have made it my business to nab a good deal wherever I can. I don’t know which is more exciting between the thrill of unearthing a perfect fit or discovery of an insane sale on that which fits. Don’t you just love the adventure of bargain hunting?
Yep, as usual, this video upload is beyond late. Actually, I recorded, edited then forgot about it until yesterday! I would blame it on age but I can’t really get away with that. I have been known to have the attention span of a hound dog, in my defense… I digress. My point being — I have worn some of the items featured….I know! but hey, in case you missed it, here’s how some pieces translated into outfits:

So what did everyone get for Christmas? I got a camera lens! Yaaay! A camera is crucial for bloggers especially personal style blogs that require constant personal outfit posts. Even though I know I have hardly scratched the surface, my understanding of photography has definitely grown since I started blogging. No matter the camera, it’s the lens that makes or breaks an image. These were my first shots using my new toy, the 50mm f1.4 Cannon lens. This is a powerful pro-photographer lens known for speed (4 images/sec), great focus and superior image quality in low light.
And we have a winner for the Viva lace front wig. Thanks to everyone for participating. I will make a wig giveaway a regular FBI feature. The best way for me to do that is buy two of whichever style I plan on wearing then give away one. Other suggestions are always welcome so feel free to send me an email if you have one.
